Where are you located?

Our shop is located in central Sheffield, just past the Moor. We are next to the huge old Office Outlet building.

Why did the item I ordered ship with a different cover?

We log most items to our site as soon as they go live in Previews, which means they will always carry their initial cover art. Sometimes we will have multiple variant covers in stock, or successive printings, for which the art will vary. Sometimes the initial cover art changes and is never printed at all. We cannot guarantee any specific cover, but if you get in contact, we will do our very best! 

Why don't you have comics in your shop? Aren't you a comic book store?

Unfortunately, due to rising shipping costs and the way most of the comic book industry is structured under a single distributor dependent on pre-ordering, it became impossible for us to stock single issues the way we once did. With our move to Sheffield in an ultimately smaller location, our shelf space became even more limited, and we made the decision to pivot away from single issues to maximise shelf space. We stock a wide range of graphic novels, and we are happy to order in single issues or place subscriptions for customers. We also have mystery bags of comics sorted by genre, to help you discover something new at an affordable price point.

Cancelling an order

If we have not yet shipped your order, you may cancel at any time by informing us either via email or phone. We aim to process refunds within three days. 

Once your order has shipped, you may return items within 14 days of the date of dispatch. The items must be in resalable condition and in their original undamaged packaging. Unless items are damaged, we will not be liable for the return shipping costs. 

Damaged items 

If your order is damaged or faulty on arrival, please contact us with your order number and evidence of damage to the items and/or packaging. We will issue either a refund or a replacement as soon as possible.
