As Futaba, Kiara the Amaranthine, Belbel and Virid continue their journey to find Kiara's master, they encounter a being named City, creator of an even more mysterious city. They discover that City has a power that even he can't quite explain. But the secret behind City's power is what will ultimately sustain or put a final stop to their journey.
